We can finally stop guessing when the Galaxy S III will make its debut, and quit the parade of phony devices claiming to be Samsung’s next flagship phone. Android’s top phone seller has finally confirmed that it will take the veil off its next major product next month. Samsung is sending out invitations to a Samsung Mobile Unpacked event in London on May 3, 2012.

Sony Xperia Ice Cream Sandwich update process begins in Scandinavia

The long wait for Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich is coming to an end for some customers of the company formerly known as Sony Ericsson. The newly crowned Sony Mobile made good on its promise to begin rolling out ICS, but as it pointed out previously, that doesn’t mean every phone in every country is being updated now

Recent Best Buy internal leak claims DROID RAZR and HTC Rezound ICS rollout will occur soon

When the HTC Rezound, Motorola DROID RAZR, and Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX each launched, the only real disappointment was the fact that it would run Android 2.3 out of the box, and not the highly anticipated Android 4.0.  At the time of launch, Verizon reminded consumers that an upgrade to Android Ice Cream Sandwich will take place soon.  Back on March 6th, Verizon Wireless revealed exactly which phones in its lineup would receive the upgrade but did not announce a possible roll-out date
